We are currently looking for a person, who supports us in sale operations and office management topics as a backbone of our company. - Support with sales processes
Support throughout the entire sales process, including preparing sales-related documents, generating customer invoices, maintaining and updating data in the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure a consistent and structured database - Support with order processing
Assistance with order processing, particularly with handling and tracking orders, preparing quotes for maintenance contracts and monitoring incoming payments to ensure smooth operations - Office Keeper
Vital role in shaping the company's external image by managing guest reception and maintaining the office environment, with strong attention to detail and a hospitality-driven mindset as a basis for building trust with clients and partners - Future Support in Accounting and Controlling
Mastery of Salesforce-based order processing within the first two years, followed by SAP (ByDesign) onboarding and assumption of administrative tasks in accounting and controlling in a global setup in collaboration with the german HQ - Administrative support across departments
Providing administrative support to various departments, handling general administrative tasks and contributing to various projects to support day-to-day operations
Your profile
- Business fundamentals
An understanding of how interrelated business processes and cross-departmental collaboration create value for customers, experience in sales or operational workflows is highly welcome - Practical experience
Initial practical experience in administrative tasks; knowledge of or exposure to accounting and controlling is advantageous for future responsibilities - Personality
Handling of personal and confidential information with a high sense of responsibility and integrity, combined with a proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented mindset - Software Tools
Previous experience with software solutions such as Salesforce and SAP (ByD) is a plus, along with a willingness to quickly learn new software tools - Language Skills
Fluency in Japanese and a basic knowledge of English to ensure smooth internal communication with the german HQ
